No we can't get methylene blue. I wish we could, I read online it was good.

No his lips are not swelled up they are naturally like that he swims normally and eats like a pig. That's why I thought it was just a cut to his lip. Probably from the Raphael catfish. He like to bully them but they can stick up for them selves as you can imagine.

ok just wanted to cover the possibility of this being a far worse condition than I was thinking initially.
