Will this oscar keep his blue tint?

Picked up this odd coloured o the weekend, pic doesn't really show it but has metallic blue in his stripes? Anyone seen this?

That's a huge lump of silverside in his mouth btw, about 2 inch atm

He was in a tank of tiger oscar, half like this half regular orange in or equivalent big chain store.
We will see!-)

I had an O with silvery tint, turned yellow once on a high quality diet. Then turned almost completely black when it started to hit maturity

blue is not in a Oscar repertoire. sure not from lighting?

Same in the shop. That was the reason for purchase, purple blue tints, very Interesting colour for sure. It shows best with natural light, will try for more pics tomorrow, it's midnight here!
