Pike has gone dark on half its body

So update on this guy, seems like it's more than a curious colour change. He hasn't been eating for a about a week now and the half light half dark colour hasn't changed. so I pulled out the decoration he likes to hide in so I can observe him better and I immediately saw a big sore on his back. I tested my water last week. 0,0,10, pH 7.5 (which is normal). The fish is in a 50 g all on his own. Anyone think they know what the sore is from? Also in the pic you can see how back is a little bent. He is usually hanging out like that more less but it does seem like his tail/caudal fin is dragging more than usual, I could have just never noticed that though.

Looks like a bacterial infection, where you can try a treatment of Seachem Kanaplex. Also, having a bent back like that is not a good sign, and could be tuberculosis.

Hope it's not tb, that's worrisome. I have already begun treating with kanaplex and furan 2. Hopefully this will fix him right up
