Fahaka, I think. I had one like that a few years ago, and as it's grew larger the spots became lines.

It's a relative/sub species of the fahaka but from a different river system.. I cannot recall the name but it starts with a P. Basically a fahaka but with red spots rather than lines. Quite rare I believe.
I saw almost same puffer in another forum that was a fahaka. And it grew into normal pattern and coloration as it grew older. I'll try and find the thread.
Okay found it.. The cross river variant of the fahaka known as a pustulatus. Apparently they cross bred/hybridise with fahaka.. Could Be a baby one of these.
