Pics don't do the big girl justice, blue is much brighter in real life. I've never kept syns before and maybe I'm biased because it my own fish but I think it's it looking to be a stunner, only about 6 inch so far. Let me know what you think

They are all gorgeous. I agree, sometimes pics don't do a fish justice.

I think long one is male and the round one is fm.. just an educated guess.

Oh yeh i was thinking the opposite. Im no expert and this is my first time with Syns. Was just thinking the larger one had round dorsal fin and his head shape was not very steep which could maybe mean female?however is dorasl fin looks to be changing shape and his for head also looks to be changing shape. However when i posed pic it its vent people were saying female. And the smaller one i thought was male when i brought it. He had the brightest colour, was a little larger then the other syns he was in with and was showing dominance. The larger one is the boss fish in the tank

It's hard to say at that size. You'll know once they grow ou more. Males typically have blue eyes, but the forehead sloping doesn't happen until they get a decent size. Here are pics of my male for reference. Everyone thought female, because the lack of sloping head. But as the fish got bigger, the forehead sloped.
