Beautiful Heterobranchus longifilis Daz. As you know I have kept both this species and bidorsalis, these are what I would describe as "proper" Catfish for those with the space and passion for the larger Cats, I just love their explosive feeding response and insatiable appetites.

Thanks richard it was seeing billy (bidorsalis) that started it all for me lol. The vundu is defiantly the wet pet in my tank he will come right up to the surface if you put your hand in to investigate.and watching him head shake large food items into small pieces is amazing. he is by far the most active too which may suprise some

Thank you. i built the pond with a steel frame then lined it with inch marine ply then had someone come fibreglass it for me
