I think you should reduce your number of tanks to one. Or scrap all of your tanks and only work on your pond.
This is the second time that you talk about a tank, in this case a pond, being in bad shape. And now you have other pets that are also not 100%.
I think you need to reduce the amount of responsibilities you have on your plate and focus on fixing what's broken.

9 times out of 10 I euthanize depending on the issue. My animals don't get sick very often. That's not a slight at you I'm just saying I don't have to treat most of my critters. If my fish get sick its something pretty god awful, and by the times the symptoms appear the fish is about to give up the ghost.
But I have 2 new 40 breeders that I haven't set up yet. I love my ranchus, so I can't get rid of them. I love my cichlids too. I don't want to get rid of them. I don't want to get rid of my 20. The 20 is low maintenance because it just has small fish. I don't want to get rid of my small tanks either. I am waiting for parts to come for my air pump because my air pump for the pond filter isn't working. I also have a priming pot and a UV that I have wanted to install for several months, but I haven't done it.
this isn't meant to be offensive but it sounds like you aren't so much bored with the hobby as you are lazy with the maintenance. You love the fish and tanks but don't want to do water changes so...
If you're not being lazy, then you're overwhelmed. And if your animals are suffering because you're overwhelmed, then you have too many animals.
The thing is that I feel like I am not interested in my fish, then I think about getting rid of them I don't want to.
