Description:I have a large (6 to 7 inches) red fin tinfoil barb that is now alone in my tank. They are schooling fish and I hate the thought of he/she being alone. I am not looking to repopulate my tank and would like to give him away to a good home. Preferably someone with tinfoil barbs or other large fish.
This is a versatile fish that can thrive in different ph levels. They are omnivores. They get along with most fish (except angel fish or anything with long decorative fins). They are very fast swimmers and a joy to watch. There main weakness is a poor oxygenated tank. They require a large tank, 75 plus
I am not looking to make a profit, I just want to give him to a responsible owner. 6 years old but they have a life span up to 10 years.
