Help, please possibly injuried Bichirs

I know this is a super old thread, but did your bichir ever straighten out? I have a similar issue with my ornate bichir. It was perfectly straight for months and now it's head is always upright, it isn't able to lay completely flat like my other bichirs.

Idk if he still have his bichirs, i know last time he was looking to buy some.

Ah, ok- thanks for letting me know! I don't know anyone else who has had bichir's with deformities. My ornate is the only bichir with an issue, it's so weird!

Make a new thread and asked for advice. Show some photos too, and let the nice people here help you out. I had a deformed cb endli with an S shape body themat got better without me doing anything. No meds no nothing, just food and water change and let the time heal it.

That sounds to me like air trapped in them it will work itself out if that is what it is

Never had a crooked Bichir but I have a weather loach that is like a bomerang towards his rear end. Appears to have been a spinal thing....The angle makes it so he snatches things off the surface realy well tho.
