ya I'm 210-215 at 5'11" and feel fine haha, lowest I've been was 179 pounds right out of basic training.
we're like the exact same size atm....I got fat last winter, went up to 230, but I guess my body feels happy around 215-220 cuz that's where I always end up. My lightest was also around 175, but I was also running a few miles per day and only lifting 3x per week back in 2005-2006. I'd like to see 180 again lol

I know, my gym membership has been on hold, but im soooo close to getting in there and stackin' some weights.....I miss shrugs especially - my favorite and I need to do some Roman Chairs. I miss dumbbell flies too. What are your favorite lifts? I hate squats and deadlifts. Gotta make sure my head is ok 1st

squats, leg press, hack squats and DL's are my favorites lol

I like leg press and hack squats, but I don't like all the pressure of Squats and DLs directly on my knees and back....I find it extremely uncomfortable. They are both extraordinarily strenuous excercises, but I guess that's wwhy they get you so big so quick and work so many different muscles at once

You like that corn dog look eh? Squats and deads create the greatest overall growth response. It carries over into all your other muscles as well. Trap bar deads will change the way you look at deadlifting

lol I know Bro, I powerlifted for 20 years, but im 36 now, things change when you get older. 20 years of working construction too
 
I like box squats, trap bar deads, rows, and dips. Once you get to around 1.5x your bodyweight on bench and 2x your bodyweight squat/deads everything really gets drug along for the ride.

I was just looking at some of the height and weight stuff. I have issues with insurance every year. At 6' -4 the bmi says I should weigh 190. I have to get several tests done to show I'm ok anytime something is adjusted. Even if I didn't lift I would still be around 215-220 walking around. 190 would be eating disorder status. I have no idea how they come up with the bmi numbers

How to grow acorns: collect acorns with no holes or rot,place them in a bag with a substance that absorbs water(like vemiculite,there should be a low moisture content in bag), place in frigerator for 40 - to 45 days,acorn will begin sprouting towards end of this stage,it can then be potted in soil,u can either plant it in the yard when 4-6 inches or keep it as a bonsai
