Is my sump bad or good?

I have a 60 maybe 70 gallon sump trying to see what I can keep what I should put In other take out?

14 inch filter sock 200
2 filter pads of carbon
2 filter pads for ammonia (detox)
And a couple more filter pads
A bag of carbon
400 mL Of purigen( for my driftwood)
200 bio balls
A basketball size of moss haha
4 L of pond matrix
2 heaters

Than It all goes in that order back into my tank

Oh it's a 300 gallon....

I would take out everything but the filter sock, the 4L of matrix, and the heaters.

I would add a yellow rubber duck.

Yea Haha I got them for free so I figured why not throw them in there but I won't buy them
