So the tank has been running for about a month and a half now, cycles done and have 8 Giant Danios in there. One has already made it to the sump, actually in the first few hours.

This is my scape so far. The driftwood was collected locally and was kind of the look i was going for, but beggars can't be choosers. The wood is kind of wedged in there in hopes it will sink, they have been submerged since the tank has been filled and don't seem to be moving at all. The large stones I got from a garden and feed store and the smaller stones came from HD which were labeled as calico stones by vigoro.

I would like to add some branchy manzanita type driftwood on the right side to almost simulate washed out roots but don't want it to look out of place.

My question is, how could I improve or what would you do differently to this scape?

Thanks,

I like it alot. As freak78 saI'd I would mix up the three stones on the left. I would just stack the first of the three towards the back as if they were cascading from under that beautiful piece if drift wood in the left corner. Very nice tank!

The three stones on the left look to perfectly placed, maybe mix them up a little.

Yeah I placed this in last night. just kind of threw them in there. I may try to stack a few more for a pile look. They are heavy and make me a little weary.

I would maybe put all the stones on one side to off set the man made look...

At first it was just wedged, but it has soaked enough to become neutrally buoyant.

Normally when the wood gets water logged I'd think it would sink that's interesting hopefully it's secured enough so one day it doesn't fall on top of the fish. I like the tank I'd agree to add some greenery to the tank with some plants
