Why my fishes does not eating any things?

Ah okay, was under the impression this is your only tank so i understand the desire to have more fish! By proliferation do you mean as a grow out or a breeding tank? leaving just one in that sized tank may give you the grow-out results you desire.. for a little bit lol

I don't know about blood parrots, but I'm sure Texas and severums get over 1' and need to be in a tank large enough to accommodate their HUGE size, a 70ltr isn't sufficient, nor is a 200ltr, or even a 300ltr. You want something closer to 400ltrs (approx 100 gallons) MINIMUM just to keep ONE of those fish. So, unless you can get your hands on a 6'x2.5'x2' tank, chances are they will not be "happy" in your care.

I'm not trying to sound mean or start an argument, but please, google your fish, look at the sizes they can get too, and get a tank that is AT LEAST twice as wide as the fish's maximum potential size. For a 1' long fish, the tank should be NO LESS than 2' wide.

Google is right there at your fingertips... Use it. :)

200ltrs is not enough water. Full stop. End of story. The water is going to be filthy with those fish in such a small tank. Try 800ltrs, or 1200ltrs, then maybe you could keep a pair.

You need a tank that is AT LEAST 6 feet long, 2 feet wide and 2 feet high.

Do me a favour please and test your nitrate in the tank, and post where its at... Because I assume it would be sky high in a tank like that with those fish.
