So ive been slowly putting a 6Lx30Hx36w plywood tank an stand together.. Lol yea its going to take a long time.. Not as cheap as i thought it would be..lol sucks.. But anyway I was going try four fish
Dovii
Jag
Red devil x midas
Zebra tilapia. (Between. My big tanks)
Well i got them around 2inches big.
And ive had to get read of my jaguar
Then the dovii and now probably tilapia
And i stuck them all in my 180 for a grow out until i got done with my plywood build.. Well my Devil's straight bastard.
Only 5inch in a 180 and has straight dominated anything I'll put in with him.
Sucks.. Guess that hence the name devil. But Yea ive learn for sure ... You mix the big bad boys together

I was going to try the dovii an jag in a 6x3
And leave the devil an buttikoferi in the 180. And thats what im down to is them to fish. And the buttikoferi hides all day

Nice amphilophus, mine is the most aggressive fish I have owned. He attacks me, the algae scrubber(ripped the foam pad off the handle), and water changer. I can't imagine how he would react to another fish. Destined to be a loner. Good luck with the fish and the build.
