What is this on my silver dollar??

Looks like he just has some type of fungus/bacteria from a wound or something. Maybe he got nipped at by his tankmates? If it hasn't gone away in 2 weeks that might be why. If you have a separate tank maybe quarantine him and add some aquarium salt or anti-fungal/anti-bacterial meds. Also make sure you keep up on water changes, if he is stressed you don't want deteriorating water quality on top of whatever he has or it can get worse.
I do 30% every Saturday on all my tanks I add salt all every water change anyway but at a very reduced rate. This week i may put a higher dose in see if that works. They go mental every time I put a net near the tank. I will give it another 2 weeks then I'll move it out. If it's not getting worse is it worth worrying about though? He is acting the same as the others.
I guess as long as it is just him and it doesn't seem to be getting bad I wouldn't worry too much. It seems like you have a decent maintenance schedule so it should heal in time.
