in winter? what ever the wife is cooking, summer? I smoke it up. or BBQ it up. Have no go to meal. unless you count fish sticks, or a can of chili. keep in mind we a family of 9,

as close as we get to ethnic prop be taco night, but all the other stuff thats added, the shell or flower tortilla only thing ethnic lol.

again you want to call that ethnic, thats fine, and I do not eat brawt nastie stuff, for me? its just dinner. no ethnic ties go through my mind.

What do you consider odd? I've had curry goat, gator bites, fermented tea.....but that stuff was all pretty normal to me. The weirdest thing that I can remember having is some type of Indian Tamarind, pomegranate candy that my buddy gave me.........it was disgusting. None of the flavors seemed to go together.
