Polyaddict86 Polyaddict86 , cool aerial pics. Drone? :p

I really like the above shots. It helps you gain that size perspective. Even though a lap may be the same in length as an endli they just dont compare when you see how large bodied the endli are. Endli are beasts!

The above shots are neat! I definitely didn't know Endlis were so wide! The laps do look almost tiny compared to them. Also the idea of a poly drone is a great one! Still waiting on the goPRO lol.

DO it:)
you might catch yawns though!!! Yawn time lapse!

is the not swimming a thing they do when they get older? Is it more characteristic of lower jaws?

My ornate is very adventurous and inquisitive. Will this decrease as he ages?

Even though my ornate spends half his time resting in his hidey log, He swims around quite a bit. He's been super "out and about" since I did a water change yesterday. He hasn't gone back in the log for 24 hours lol. I'm not sure if he found a new resting place or what. (I moved the tank decor around, so he's been swimming through bubbles, in the pink plant, and resting by the fake driftwood). Getting kinda concerned why he isn't going back in his log;it's in the exact place it always has been). Maybe because the pike joined him yesterday? He did sleep on the pink plant today though. So at least he's resting there and on the bottom. He's just staying in his corner, watching us in the kitchen. Hopefully he is happy.

It really depends on the characteristics on the fish, each individual are different. Most lower jaw will swim once in awhile, some love to swim alot like my black volta endli and my dabola endli. I had some ornate that only swims during feeding and most of the time they just sit in the corner. My congi is 50-50, he swims alot during night and stay quite during lights on.
