The think the other trick is having two people to double team the fish and each person armed with two nets, seems to make netting easier. I do like using dividers too

I use a net similar to this to catch big fish. The netting is fine and doesn't damage the fish.

I found this.....it's 16". That seems like the right size for 12 inch fish? fine mesh to keep from messing up fish. Made for Koi in a pond.....

the one you found looks good. I've read about a lot of people using rubber nets, and also pillow cases. Pillow cases are obviously soft and don't have any holes to catch fins in. Plus they hold water for a little bit, which is nice for obvious reasons.
I'm about to move my catfish (12" TSN and 14" RTCxTSN) so I'll be in the same boat in a couple weeks. Let me know what you use and how it goes. Good luck!

You could also find a cheap round bass net and cut the net off of it and replace it with a pillow case!
