Came to a wedding tonight...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I think the tree branch represents flexibility and support
Haha...I knew it would be about centerpieces from the title.

Yep...manzanita and branches are a huge trend for weddings. We had some at our wedding but nothing like that...

Olive branch is a peace offering dating back to Ancient Greece.

....and no, I can't identify the species of a dead branch by looking at a picture of it LOL

Unless it was very much ALIVE and some torturous beast ripped all its leaves off one at a time, ahhh, i can't cope , that poor innocent branch!!! Haha.

This was the center piece on our table...View attachment 1218289

You already know what I was thinking.

Thats very astute of you and i was thinking exactly the same thing. That naked flame and a tinder dry branch present a serious fire hazard, well done you. Take that branch home immediately and save all those people at the wedding from being burned alive, you hero, haha.

"What are you doing walking out with that center price?"

"Saving lives..."

Wait till weddings over and volunteer to help clean up.

When my brother n law got married. Every table had those branches as a center piece. And you know it, I was the first to volunteer to take every down and deliver to his house. Well you probably guessed it. I got a few branches to take home.

I didn't bring any of them home. I have no room for them in my tanks.

Too bad you didn't have room for them. Most of the weddings I have gone to typically most of the folks are either too tired or drunk (blame it on open bar or cognac rounds) at the end of the night to care why that guy is walking out with some tree branches...
