Sexing Rainbow Cichlids - anyone know how?

I got 3 Herotilapia multispinosa and IDK how to tell them apart and so FAR.....I can see no physical differences and none seem to appear to favor the others.

Any help?

Males have pointy fins and get bigger. That's pretty much it other than venting.

Just wanted to inform that both my Rainbow Cichlids recently died after spawning and eating their own fry. Still shocked and im not sure what went wrong.
