That's what I was thinking too but I am sure I have even less experience than you. 
Pretty sure the Palmas ate a Kuhli loach.... she was soooo fat this morning and I fed just a little yesterday. All congos are accounted for and they are the smallest. Removing them would mean ripping the whole tank apart. RIP Kuhli - my first snakey fish. (I have more, just don't know how many.)
I fasted everyone today due to this. The bulge is moving down her body though- I've been watching.
Also, the Palmas was a little, not a lot, nippy with the Del today. Is it normal for them to work things out?

It is a normal hierarchy thing. But if you are noticing torn up fins or tail you may have to take action. This may be the time to add more poly to spread aggression.
Ok. The store should have the Polli ready soon. I'm not sure how long they keep them in the holding tanks.

Poly eating live will make them grow faster, and once it does it, it wont stop it will keep hunting, the more you do fasting the more it will hunt. Sorry for your loss.
As for the nipping part, i agree with
DMD123
on getting more poly to spread the aggresion, plus its probably telling the other poly that its the alpha in the tank.
Polys in the wild will dig for weather dojo loaches. It's instinctive for the two new sexy lady polys. They look great! The nipping usually will go away with so many hides u have there. But adding another wouldn't hurt
