If I plan on keeping the pinima I'll need the 8x4 at least, if space is an issue preventing the 4ft width I'll trade the two pinima for monos and hopefully I'll get a breeding pair out of the 5.

Thank you, this tank is 8x30Wx24. Have this tank and a 7x30Wx24, will be selling these two and upgrading to an 8x3x30H or possibly 8x4x30H depending on available space when I move house.
There's nothing like big tanks and big fish. My biggest is a 96" x 24" x 30" (300 gallon) and that is where I'm trying to breed by C. Intermedia. When your tank gets to this size, you can call yourself a lifer.

Yep, it's funny, people come in and see my tank and think it's huge and are amazed by it but I don't think it looks that big any more.. That's what this place does to you, you know you have a problem when you think a 300 gallon tank isn't big enough!
