Protein intake suggestions(bodybuilders welcome)

I don't know if the liquid protein shakes use whey. Best I can tell I don't have a problem with the powdered whey other then the amount of liquid needed

I would do what predatorkeeping advised. Its been 3 or 4 yrs since i was lifting and i dont remember what brand i was using. Www.bodybuilding.com has a great selection.

You can make them as thick as you like dont have to use water can go with reg milk, soy, coconut water anything really

On the serious note, when I used to be active in football and gymnastics, I would eat the large can of tuna (like the 6 in tall can) just added a little lemon juice or balsamic vinegar..

I would...head to the nearest GNC
I've been toying with this idea. I just hate that they are so expensive.
Just eat more chicken, seriously; two fillets a day will give you like 80g of protein, the rest will fill in with average food intake
Never been much of a chicken fan but I don't hate it. I'll look into some chicken next time I'm at the store.

Actually, I make my own version when I don't feel like cooking anything else but it only consists of the noodles, whichever meat is on hand but usually tuna, fish or chicken, sliced bell peppers and thats it.The cheese curls and squeeze cheese disgusts me.
I agree with that cheese in a bottle isn't right lol and cheese curls doesn't sound good either

Yep,theyll smash a bag full of cheese curls and add it to the chi chi lol.
I also like to break up a bag of Ramen and add it to canned soup to make it more filling.

....and they call knives "wacks" and mailing letters "kites".

ok...first let me state my goals(or non goals). I'm not trying to build muscles. I'm not trying to gain weight. I'm just trying to have a higher protein level in my body. My dietitian is on my case that everytime I do lab(bloodwork) that my protein levels are low. She has suggested Chicken,Red Meat, Eggs and Whey protein powder.

My levels are still low. I'm getting tried of hammering these foods all the time with little results. The other problem I have is a very strict fluid limitation. So the whey protein powder is basically out the door.

I have tried protein shakes before and they make me sick(I usually throw up an hour later).

I also have to limit my sugar intake so yogurt is not always an option.

Are there other things out there on the market I'm overlooking?

Thanks

Eat a nice diet of beans, chicken, venison, steak and combine that with a side of barley and rice.

U should also start hunting for meals,go for rabbit, duck, pheasant, whitetail and wild boar.
