I just got one from Predatory fins a few days ago. Having trouble getting him to eat. Beautiful short body though. I think they have 4 and 6 inch in stock.

Mine would not eat for a few days after getting it and then when it started eating it only goes after meaty foods,not pellets like my black ear sharks eat.I know that they do eat pellets though.

Ive heard they can be the nervous type and won't eat for a few days after being moved so I'm not too worried now after hearing you reaffirm that. Ive got various Hikari sinkers/floaters and frozen I feed twice a day. Ive seen him look at it but no nips yet. Surprisingly the Albino clown knife I got in the same shipment started eating frozen after about 24 hours. I expected it to be the other way around.

Yeah,catfish in general have the reputation for being greedy.
