I'm building a 1,300 gallon tank how thick of glass would it need and what type of glass

5' tall is going to need pretty thick glass, for instance this company qouted a 18' x 6' x 4' high 2.5" acrylic for sides and around 1.5" for the top brace, bottom was also around 2"-3" thick

Not sure some type of glass or acrylic still figuring it out

If you go with glass, doing it yourself may be hard.. Each panel would be like 600-800 pounds? You'd need couple people, some machinery
