I have a new stingray in my tank and notice today these little white spots near the back of the body. I also saw my kissing gourami picking at her a few times the day before. I was hoping anyone here would be able to tell me if its irritation or fungus on the body.

Non-ray tankmates seem to be trouble for rays. Rays are amazing healers if water is pristine. What's your parameters? Am/Nitrite/Nitrate/pH/temp

Sorry i dont know what am stands for but my nitrate is 0 ph 7.6 and the temperature is 79-80F. I do water 30% water changes every 3 days.

Am stands for ammonia...probably THE most important parameter to watch with rays. Any ammonia=dead ray. While your at the LFS rehoming your kissing gourami pick up an API freshwater master test kit. This is a must with ray keeping. There are a couple other things you need to be aware of with ray keeping, they are not like caring for any other fish. Heater CAN NOT be in the tank. Your ray will burn it's self 100% for sure. Rays eat WAY more than any other fish their size. Small rays eat at least 3 big meals a day. If your ray isn't eating so much that it scares you, it's probably not eating enough. Try earthworms. Ok, that's all I can think of to get you pointed in the right direction.
