Return line options

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Zoom in my first picture. You can see the top of the tee is where the return is split - where i used two braided lines.

If you use pvc, then should be able to connect to directly to loclines.

If you have a male end of the locline, you could use a pvc connector you'll need to use a connector that's slip for the pvc and female end for loc-line. Assuming you have that.

Nope i didnt.order them yet. What size nozzles do you have ? And return size ?

If you have your heart set on Loc Line, reduce to 3/4" and then use a Y reducer (3/4" to 1/2")

Or save yourself the hassle and go with a 1" eductor.

Unfortunately, the threaded venturi nozzles are 1 1/2", so wouldn't work in your application.

Heart isnt set on it but do like having the ability to point one locline at the substrate and the other at the surface.

You might read this thread which discusses the same questions that you have.

So i would hook up the eductor directly at the plumbing coming from the bulk head... can they be directed ?

Ur better than my real mom lol

Thats pretty cool. Very similar to loc lines.

I was talking to chris (midwest customs) yestersay and he suggested using both 1/2 and 3/4 nozzles. Pointing the 1/2 (higher velocity) at the substrate and the 3/4 at the surface...... thoughts ?
