Ditto man! I was thinking about growing out a group of wild caught fish in hopes of getting some to pair up. You might think about a smaller group with some sevs or chocolates.

There are plenty out there in need of it for sure. Just keep in mind rescues often have hith or other issues and need the very best of water conditions. You will definitely need a stocked medicine cabinet and a quarantine tank as well.

Yea in total I have 2 50 gallon tanks, 1 120 gallon tank 1 300 gallon trough and I'm looking at another 300 gallon trough. But I still need filtering and heating to tackle only have a few heaters

You might want to check out the ViaAqua heaters sold on petmountain.com 300w for $15. I ordered 5 (paid more) Oct 2015 and all 5 still work and hold the temp within a degree of the setting. I have never heard anyone talk about these heaters good or bad, but if nothing else they make excellent back ups to have just in case. Free shipping over $75.
