Good find...$380 is pretty steep, but not unprecedented for this species. Also no picture of the actual fish you'd be receiving...

This is an amazing fish. 5D Tropical just mentioned them in their newsletter. Your LFS can order from them I have no idea what the price would be though. http://www.5dtropical.com/newsl/ By the way this is a good newsletter to follow it gives you an idea of some things that are being imported.

You mentioned spawing them. That is an awesome accomplishment. How many eggs did you get? Are you having any luck with the fry? I searched the site but didn't see any other info. If I missed a posting about it I apologize for asking redundant questions.

I would highly doubt these have actually been spawned in captivity before. In fact, I don't know if anyone has even managed to keep these alive for an extended period of time...I've done a lot of digging and just can't find any compelling reports.
