What kind of fish is this?

Saw this on Instagram where people apparently get a kick out of posting random photos with no description of the subject.I have never seen it before but it looks like a saltwater fish.It'd be neat if it is freshwater.

Lol yes I know,I kept Africans before and have never referred to Tanganyicans as tangs.I have also dabbled in saltwater but was never a big fan of the tangs....though I did have a purple tang at one point.

Yep,and drank plenty of that as a kid.My grandmother seemed to have kept cases of the stuff.

You would think at a couple inches it would be past the larval stage.IDK
