Tough thing to go through. You did what u could. Don't let it get you down for too long. Try to move forward.
RIP Benny.
Even during his final moments, Benny was full of character and love. He would hide his head in hidey holes, slide down heaters, and hang from plants. He also loved sitting in the corner of the tank to watch the family in the kitchen. Or to make sure I was doing homework(most of the time I was on MFK). Even when I was sad, he would squish his face against the tank and wave his pec fins. He loved to swim in the air stone bubbles and was super inquisitive about everything and everyone. Benny was a special fish, my first poly, and will definitely be missed.
Thank you everyone for your love and support. Without you guys, I wouldn't have been able to give Benny(my ornate), the best possible care. He fought for the entire 2 months he was sick. I did my best and he did his best too. Thank you all for your help and consideration.

also how do I get tested for Fish TB?

I dont know how the medical system works there but here, my doctor would give me a form to take to the blood testing lab
They put something on your skin on your arm and put plaster over and a week later you go back
If there is a reaction it will mean you have been in contact with TB if no reaction you havent
But remember the tb in question is is micro-bacterial subcutaneous so if anything was going to happen any cut or wound you have should have been infected by now
If you think you have a TB or just wanna make sure you dont have it, called your DR. And ask for quantiferon blood test. Its a TB test, they will draw blood from you and it will take 3-5 days for result, its more accurate than doing a skin test. RIP benny.also how do I get tested for Fish TB?

! Thankfully nothing is infected, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. 
I will make a doctors appointment this week. That's the plan! Tank is still sitting outside with bleach everywhere. Need to reseal it tomorrow. I really don't want to throw away the sand and the driftwood, but I'll do it if I absolutely have to haha. (I'm stubborn).
Also need to pick up mystery poly that I all ready bought. However, the guy who let me borrow his QT stuff apparently put it in someone else's tank two weeks ago.... to supposedly hold it for me? so my mom thinks I should get them to order me a new one/get my money back. She was calling it a "used fish" lmao. Too much nonsense this year. Here's to 2017 getting better. Nevertheless, excited about ordering new polys at some point in the next few weeks!
