flowerhorn sex?

Hello everyone ive just been gifted this flowerhorn by a friend who said it was to aggressive for his setup. my friend was sold this as a male ? i think its a low grade flowerhorn aswell .
ive put this into my 200g while make room to house he or she ,,,the flowerhorn is around 3" long would it be possible to sex at this size without venting?? thanks again and sorry for the bad pics it wouldnt stay still

Looks male to me n seems it has a little kok forming already. Has pearls, good color, almost a double flowerline, and possible kok potential I wouldn't say lowgrade fh just yet
