Think it'd be fine for me to add a group sajica to my vieja growout tank. Tank is a 125 gallon. My sajica are in a 90 with some other fish but am afraid things will get out of hand in that tank it they decide to start breeding. I have two for sure makes and one for sure female and another possible female. My vieja are all 4 inches and up. Sajica are around the 3 inch range.

Yeah, should be fine i'd think. The vieja can stand up for themselves, and so can the sajica. Plus that 6' tank with all 4" fish will offer plenty of room.

I would wait until a pair forms. Leave the pair in the 90 and move the rest to the 125 grow out tank
Problem is I have quite a few other growouts in my 90 that I'm not going to move. I'm thinking the sajica in my 125 woukd be best. Getting a pair isn't my priority right now. The fish in my 90 will be moved to either my 180 gallon corner tank or else my 125 when I move those fish to their new 300 gallon but can't do any of that until this summer when I move into my new house

Maybe leave the females in the 90 gallon and move the males with the viejas in the 125

At 3" they are certainly big enough to breed. If you just want to buy time I'd do as suggested above. Move the males and leave the females in the 90. A breeding pair could take over a good portion of the 125 and make life hard for the other grow outs

I had a similar setup many years ago where I was keeping Sajica with a large male Argentea in a 125 and they got along wonderfully.

The only time I had issues was when I added some juvenile Argentea to the tank. He recognized them immediately and I ended up having to remove them the next day. I think most Vieja / Paratheraps can have issues with conspecifics.
