I've been having trouble with a tank recently, lost the cycle. Can gain it back, got some marineland bacteria and have poured it in the filter and gravel. I have some questions though.

1) Can I mix this with stability?

2) Can I do water changes right now, if not when can I start?

3) Are these products reliable?

Thanks!!

1) Do you have fish in your tank, light or heavy stock? Because the BB bottle useless without fishes in the tank and kinda useless if you have only 1 fish in the tank. You can use stability with marineland BB but no point to do that because they are kinda same product just different company.
2) You can do WC every week (30%~50%) Daily water test is a must and do WC base on result if needed.
3) Are these product reliable? It's all depend who answer your question it's 50/50 % of folks will say its works and other will say it's useless.
*For my own experience with these products I will say it does it job very well and I've used them for all my new setup tanks and never fail (it's shorten the tank cycle by more than half of the normal time needed for new tank), It's not instant cycle though that's most folks misunderstood.

No, don't use it. A friend used one, not necessarily the same brand, to instantly start a new tank. Within a week, all fish died from ammonia poisoning. It's much safer to use old filter media from established tanks to instantly recycle tanks. I've done many times and never failed. If you don't have established tank, most lfs or hobbyists will be happy to give you for free what they will discard.
