Probably dirt cheap if you buy wholesale, not sure about retail, since people don't really bring them in. but price is anywhere from 20-30 from what ive seen for 6"-11".

Yes, 5050 smd rgb led STRIP. I'm using a 30' and 30 inch stock full spectr light to bring in some yellow. U can probably use a 1 roll kit (15') on a 4 foot tank. Good luck!
