300 gallon poly tank

Even my main squeeze is looking crappy. Tonight.
Its 3 weeks and 2 day since they were moved to this tank....could they still be settling in ? Dont thinks so.
Tested water today 0 ammonia nitrite and 20ppm nitrate.
Only other thing i can think of is the food. Ive baught tilapia and flounder a few weeks ago and just realized ive been feeding flounder mostly since the move. Gonna see if going bacl to tilapia does the trick

Worth a shot. Try a different sinking pellet just for the sake of it. It may be the garlic 
In humans. Studies have not found serious side effects from combining fish oil and garlic. But can have a blood-thinning effect.

They have been eating therA for the entire time ive kept them and i rotate them in so sometimes they might not get it for more than a week or so, besides the past few weeks they've gotten mostly chopped fish

TheraA+tilapia+NF+small tank = me happy

What size HIkari Gold and Thera A are you guys feeding them?
Hikari gold medium is about 5 mm. Here's a size reference to a Canadian quarter U.S. same sjze). Sizes: Baby, Mini, Medium
Wafers i use are 7.5 mm the thera A is 3mm, small but they still love it and i like the ingredients. From reading stuff on here the 1st 3 or 4 ingredients make up allot of the overall product
