I've put him through two rounds of metroplex to fix some translucent poop issues. Occasionally he has a normal solid poop, but other times they are clear or amber colored. What other treatments can I use?

Appetite is strong
No Flashing
No other signs of sickness

I believe prazi usually works, try soaking his food in an epsom salt solution as well

Hendre Hendre you are correct some treat with one or the other for internal parasites. If the Green Terror is eating and growing stomach not sunken in poop not white and stringy GT should be fine .

Update: He pooped like a weeks worth in a day and then seemed to be normal. One week later he is back to pooping white and has little appetite.

I am going back to metro for as many rounds as it takes and feeling small amounts of salt soaked food. I added 1Tbsp per 5 gallons to his 75 gallon tank.

Fingers crossed.

Also he constantly looks like he is talking. It doesn't look like gasping or yawning, just always moving his mouth.

Nitrites are zero. Nitrates may have gotten a little high but I have since been doing frequent water changes and dosing every other day with general cure. He is showing signs of aggression and excitement towards potential feedings, but not actually eating yet and poops are still clear.

He used to splash water out of the tank he would feed so aggressively. Just now he is starting to mouth pellets, but spit them out immediately.
