Should a Chimpanzee Be Considered a Person?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
A few weeks ago Direct TV had a free movie weekend. One movie watched was about a lawyer in NY state who has been trying to get person hood rights for animals. I forget his name but he has been at it for over 30 years. In the film he did get one judge to give an ape the right off habeaus corpus.
I think that program was on HBO last night,or something similar....Unlocking the Cage it was called and I opted to go to bed rather than watch it.

Now that u mention it, idk what they do to the head. I'll ask next time I see my brother. Not sure if pig brain is something we eat. I had goat brain from the market though. It's not bad

I'd be interested in one of those fanglike teeth.

Chimps are horrible. After watching a documentary about them and seeing them kill and abuse each other and other animals, I don't feel bad for local shooting them))) Plus that chimp that tore woman's face off. It appears, biting off fingers and genitals is a normal behavior for them

Some of that behavior sounds like what is exhibited by many humans....er,minus the biting off of others genitals

male lions old enough to go force themselves into another pride will kill the other males if they can't escape, then go to the cubs that they did not father and kill them so that the lionesses will go into heat again; then they can therefore get busy and make their own babies. they also will mutilate each other's genitals

imagine if a human was to do that to other humans, it would be horrible right?

i saw on a nature show one time where a type of ferret go into a nest of young baby ferrets and raped all of the females. his seed will stay inside the little girl ferrets and when they mature the seed will impregnate them.

we can't judge their behavior on eachother the way we'd judge ourselves. wild animals are just that. wild. they are wild animals and do wild animal things. they are not horrible, just doing what they are programmed to do
