Best diet for Peacock cichlids

Newbie here and just setting up my first African Peacock Cichlid tank. I've got all the equipment, just need to know the best diet for my fish.

Welcome to MFK☺ Your thread is in the Peacock Bass section probably why you didn't get any responses but a good pellet made especially for African Cichlids will be fine. Also a good flake food for African Cichlids can be used in rotation with feeding schedule.

Back when I had a african cichlid tank I used to feed them a good mix of african cichlid pellets, frozen brine shrimp (they loved this), blood worms, and spirulina. Welcom to mfk

Hikari bio gold or any cichlid pellets is good

NLS is fine for African cichlids. Northfin, Xtreme, etc are all fine as well. Hikari Excel is pretty good food for them as well.
