IMG_3525.JPG IMG_3529.JPG IMG_3528.JPG IMG_3530.JPG Update. The PBB seems to be losing a lot of contrast on the black bare bottom tank. It also developed a slightly cloudy spot on one eye. I blame it on me trying to power feed them. Going to do some daily water changes and cut the feeding to once per day for a week.

Still looks great. Hopefully that eye clears up. my teug or sen(when I had him) had a cloudy eye at some point but it cleared up in like a day or two on its own. How big is yours now because mine as stated is already pushing 7''

He's about 7" from tip of tail to edge of his mouth.

I wonder what kind of growth we will get from these guys. It'll be interesting to see how they grow. What size tank do you guys have them in currently? Mine will be moving a 250-300 gallon in a couple months once I get it built. Currently they're in a 60 gallon

The small ones are in a 20 long til they can move to my intermediate 40b with slightly larger bichirs, then eventually a standard 120. Planning to get some sort of custom acrylic tank at least 30" wide by 2018.
