Wow! Great update. Agreed with J jaws7777 Faranah lap looks fantastic! whats the difference between them and koloton again? Koloton is the catch location, faranahs are darker?

Thank you, i do think that koloton is caught in a different river than faranah lap, just dont know what river.
Faranah lap stay on the darker green, some base color are dark brown or grey.
Koloton stay on the light green like J jaws7777 ,
Both patterns are totalll different too,
Maybe J jaws7777 Vancouver_98683 and Cohazard can provide a side by side picture and can explain it better.

I'd agree with your description. My Faranah has a darker green and a brown to grey base colore qhile the koloton has a lighter green sometimes almost looks like lime green and a yellowish/gold base color

Faranah Laps I believe are caught in tinkisso river. Might explain why some of them remind me of the old tinkisso Guinean laps.

Had no idea that the patterns were different! All I knew was that the Faranah was darker. lol. That's good to know the base color is COMPLETELY different.

yay! I remember you sharing this picture with me before! Totally forgot about the bellies being different.

Faranah Laps I believe are caught in tinkisso river. Might explain why some of them remind me of the old tinkisso Guinean laps.

Would have guessed the first one as Faranah due to color. The head shape looks more slender though compared to the two Faranahs. Is there a give away with the patterns?
