This may have posted before . I just thought it was interesting and funny to watch a guy catching such big fish from a storm drain

No idea but I know my son would not be using them for any fish bait.They are just about his favorite food.

Same here. Every time I ask him where he wants to go or what he wants to eat, it's ALWAYS McDonalds or chicken nuggets!

It's certainly interesting;I would think that it's rather dark down there and the fish could hardly see a prey item in order for them to strike at it...seems like the water temperature would be rather cool down there too.
