I use a kitchen sponge. Magnet scrubbers are useless on GSA

Im not a fan of magnet scrubbers. No matter how careful i am eventually i'll get some sand inbetween the magnets and cause scratches

I have one on my planted acrylic tank, and it scratched the tank. I use fluval statrum in that tank, so I'm not sure what caused the scratch.

Could have been smaller pebble i wouldnt go near my acrylic with one since my glass tank took a beating from it

Angelphish Angelphish have you tried using a razor blade on the algae?
My arms aren't long enough for that. It's one of many disadvantages of being short.
