Are these pure breed BD or hybrid?

The breeder and the parents!
Hard to tell these days with all the hybrids about so the only way of knowing for sure is knowing who the parents were.
Mmmm ok.. so from the pic can u tell if they are hybrid or pure breed? Or knowing the parents is the only way to tell?
I don't think much of anything is pure in the BD world anymore especially if they imported from Asia. Big spots have p12 blood to keep the spots from breaking up and add belly spotting. TI have p14 blood. Unless you're a purist just buy what you like!
Hybrids are the most valuable rays these days other than albino morphs and hets. The big money rays are almost all hybrids. If you like them, buy them

I'm no expert, but I look at the really dark black, and the really white spots. Seems to be a black diamond trait. No telling if there is anything mixed, but in all reality if the rays look good it shouldn't matter

To me they look like good quality BDs with a bit of Henlei blood in them. So not pure. Not 100% sure but I think thats what they are.
Like maybe BD father and BDxHenlei mother or the other way around.

They look very close to pure .. if you have a good pic of the side profile of the tail, it will help
