Sorry guys, been busy doing house stuff. Had to get a new mower since my old one died and been working on the honey do lists.

I ended up losing my red bay snook. :( It was acting supper aggressive and actually started attacking the Pearsei! On a rare occasion it would flare but never made actual contact. This time was really weird and it was slamming into the side of Porkchop with its snout. I had never seen it act this way before. I netted it and put it in the 65g in a time out and then next morning found it dead. Ive read that they have a high oxygen need and have heard of them passing during power outages where all the other fish survived. I think just this little bit of chase and catch was just too much for it and it just got oxygen deprived. Anyway all the other fish are doing good.

Nothing really new for you guys except this pic of Nom Nom.... which looks like every other picture of him, lol. He does like to sit out front a lot in the same position.

Thanks, I had snooki for a while and she was a splash of color in the tank and had been a really good community fish. Have no clue why she snapped. Porkchop had a lot of size on her to even act that way. I might replace her with something but not sure yet... a large bala or something like that.

Yeah I saw that you lost a congi too, sorry for the loss. :( Polys are so bulletproof It is always a mystery when you get one of those just dead in the tank situations.

Thanks guys. It was a sad loss but one that I could deal with. If it were Porkchop it would be another story....

I need something to fill the space in the upper part of the tank. No more cichlids, no more polys either. (That one was for Polyaddict86 Polyaddict86 , lol)

I want a big bala shark. I know they saw schools but I had a solo one for a while and it did just fine. Well until it got eaten by Croc or the Koliba. Anyway, something peaceful and big.
