Some of my friends said shes a galaxy ray not a BD.. what you think? And i measured she's actually 35cm+

My opinion is BD X p14 hybrid and a nice one. There is a p14 variant called the "Royal Galaxy" which looks somewhat similar to this. However, they are very rare so you wouldn't buy one on accident and it would cost more than a BD or BDhybrid. They feature larger and generally more numerous spots than classic p14 do. Sometimes with a variety of both.
As Black diamond is to leopoldi (P13) Royal Galaxy is to Albimaculata (P14) [or whatever they are calling them these days...itaituba goodbye]
This is debated as some suspect they are just elite hybrids, but others swear by the royal galaxy variant. Judging by the number of intentional BD x P14 crosses, it's clear that the royal pattern design is sought after. The right patterns can fetch some hefty price tags.
Great fish you got there with a lot of changes likely in the future. Enjoy and congratulations. Regardless if it is a pure or hybrid it looks great and you're happy. Ultimately, that's all that matters.

yeah, i could have gotten 3 baby BD rays for the price of this one 35 cm ray... it's all worth it after all. she looks so much better in person. =)
