HELP! I think my baby flowerhorn is bloated.

So im seeing my 2.5/3inch fh's tummy is a bit big but i wasnt feeding him that much. he is still very active and still eats but is not pooping. no stringy white poop visible yet. but his anus has a bit something pointy can be seen bit i dont know what it is. i have no metro or any other medicine for internal parasites but i do have this F1 Medicine Formulated tht is specialise for almost anything including parasites. i do not have a hospital tank for the time being and the nearest lfs is 40miles away. ive added the F1 formula and 1 and one and a half tablespoon of salt. currently in a 33gallon tank. ive nver treat internal parasites bfore and i dont know how to treat him with my insufficient eqiupments. should i fast him? can i soaked its food with meds? help guys. thaanks. sorry for the long info .
 
Try soaking the fish's food in Epsom Salt. After it dries then feed it to him. That can help flush out the fish's stomach and intestines. Only feed him the epsom salt soaked food and nothing else. Swollen stomachs can be caused by the wrong diet. What are you feeding him.

Where can i get those epsom salt? are they sold in supermarkets? i only feed him okiko pellets for the time being.

And how much water change shud i do? is it contagious? i had a divider in the tank with a smaller baby flowerhorn. its a growout tank actually.

Its is a mix with his father a pearly blueish zhen zhou i think.. and the mother is a GB mix kamfa. i think mine has some kamfa traits in it. in just 2+inch already has a small kok. and the pearls on him are just beautiful. a bit reddish and yellow. he shown no signs of him being sick anyway. his belly shrunk a bit since las nite.. im not feeding him. he did poop normally once i see las nite but im still worried of his belly a bit bloated.. i'll try post some pics later on.

as you can see something is sticking out of his anus. just now i noticed a short stingy poop but not all white.

from the side his bloat is not tht obvious but can clearly see from the lower view. it shrunked a but from las nite bcuz i didnt feed him.
shud i him peas? my epsom salt will prbbly arrive 2days from now.
