What are some good tank mates for a teacup ray

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Teacup is a slang word for small ray, typically a wild caught retic. It doesn't bring a lot of helpful answers on here as the name winds people up due to all the "can I keep a teacup in a tiny tank for life" questions.

Good tank mates are ones that are not bite sized, not aggressive and keep out the way like geos or red hooks etc...

That's one of the reasons I asked if it was a retic. They are hard to get eating initially, so really best not to bother with tankmates until it is fattened up and eating well. Hystrix could probably deal with hungry tank mates right off
