That sux, sry to hear bout your bass, I heard Argenteas cañ be quite nasty, I guess your story confirms that, either way g/l with him, He's definitly a keeper,,,

I notice you have what looks like Dovii in with your Argentia.
I won't assume your tank is too small but statistically it probably will be.
You have lost a fish already, I would keep a very, very close eye out for more inevitable aggression.
Your Argentia is very nice,I would hate for you to loose it.

Thanks for your concern. I will do so and am actually shopping for another (used) tank to house "Arge" as he / she should have its own tank. This is what happens when one goes to the fish store too often, but, no one is complaining here

Yep. My Argentea have some teeth, too. Some are kinda orange teeth, some look like yours.

They all seem to kill something at least once in their lives. Strange fish, but they do look good.

All maskaheros, vieja, Paratheraps spp have teeth, there jaw and teeth types are very similar to Amphilophus ( excluding Trimacs).
