Yes I do know the seller. His fish room is very dark...not much lighting. We'll try to make a video with his next shipment coming next week. He's more more into wholesaling which explains why his orders are quite large.
Answer me this....why would I make any of this up? I'm just a hobbyist that sees a good deal and throwing it out there for those interested. The seller's phone number is in the ad.
I think that you are missing the point. Big time missing it.
I believe that there is an ad on craigslist. I also believe everything else that you posted. BUT, in your initial post you stated that you found the ad, and that you had been in contact with the seller. You didn't state that you personally knew the seller, and had been to his home, and seen all of the fish in person. Is that what you are saying now? Seems odd considering how you presented this initially.

Yes...I simply ran across his ad not knowing he had posted it on CL and decided to share it here. I assure you I asked him if it would be okay to post it here in hopes of helping him out along with any potential interests here.
Well I might just be making a trip down to San Diego soon! Those guys are impressive reguardless of price. And 50 bucks...sounds like I'll have to set up another tank
The video you have there is a completely different line than the SRD photos posted.... and to top that off it's a kamfa (notice the white eyes). Reguardless if it's posted from a 10 year old cellphone or not you can see that. I'm with RD on this whole post. Does not seem legit. Those pictures look very generic from a breeder.
Perhaps this is all legit Fisheat, but to me the whole thing makes absolutely no sense. You initially didn't know the seller, then you know the seller, but ALL of the photos presented are simply photos that this seller has supplied, not photos that you have personally taken, of fish that you have personally seen first hand. I'm not sure what to make of the video?

From a person that for years used to wholesale items in the aquatic trade as a business, generally if/when someone is selling wholesale (to retail vendors) they will not turn around and also sell wholesale to the general public. In fact, if one of my retail customers ever caught me doing that, it would have killed all future transactions with that business. Kind of common sense as to why.
Again, if anyone buys some of these $50 SRD from this craigslist seller please post pics of them in this thread.
